The angular-tablesort.js library is a transitive dependency of hippo-theme.
However, in the dashboard.war binary the the tablesort library is not present.
Therefore ther reference to the tablesort library should not be present.

- plugin descriptor reader now also looks for "project_plugin_descriptor.json" file (should be on the classpath) and adds those entries to the plugin items

Somehow fails when running 'npm install && npm rebuild' twice without removing the node_modules
